Shipping policy

Mercinova delivers within mainland France. We do not currently offer delivery to other countries through the web.

We aim to hand your parcel to the carrier within 1–2 working days of your order being confirmed. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Once dispatched, delivery to a mainland France address usually takes 3–5 working days.

Delivery is free for every order sent to a mainland France address. There is no minimum spend and no delivery charge added at checkout.

Please check your address carefully before you order. If you notice a mistake afterwards, email info@mercinova.my or call +33 6 65 20 04 72 as soon as possible. If the parcel is still with us, we will try to correct it.
